At A Step Above Academy we know that the early years of all children play a large role in later developments. Your child will be bringing his or hers own unique set of skills and accomplishments with them on day one, we take on the challenge of supporting each child’s development and learning throughout the years by introducing them to a learning environment that helps all children take steps forward. We will take all of the necessary steps to ensure that your child has a safe environment so that they can feel empowered by all of their accomplishments.

Both of our fantastic Olathe Kansas and Bonner Springs development centers have the facilities and environments which stimulate growth and development.
We provide specially engineered play areas and environments, and your child will be developing at an accelerated rate while they have fun and play. They won’t realize it, but as they play, they learn valuable skills that will help them reach their full potential for the rest of their lives.

A Message From
The Principal
My wife and I got into this business after having our oldest children in childcare for many years. We went through a few different facilities, and all of them lacked the educational aspect we were looking for. We choose to get into childcare to make a difference in early education. We hit the jackpot by meeting Miss Stephanie in Bonner Springs. She has been living the same mission for 20 years. We choose to expand what we learned from her and turn it into a second early education in Olathe Kansas. Getting your kids ready not just for kindergarten is not the only goal we want to instill life lessons in them that they will have for the rest of their lives.
